- Minimum Purchase: Exchanges and returns are applicable for purchases of ₹5,000 or more.
- Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions:
- Original Condition: Sarees must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- Original Packaging: Please return the sarees in their original packaging or a similar protective covering.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid invoice or receipt for verification.
Procedure:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via phone, email, or in-person at our store to initiate the exchange or return process.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the sarees, we’ll conduct a careful inspection to ensure they meet the return criteria.
- Exchange: If you’re exchanging for a different saree, we’ll assist you in selecting a suitable replacement from our extensive collection.
- Refund: For returns, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refund Exclusions:
- Discounted Items: Sarees purchased at discounted prices or during promotional campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom Orders: Customized sarees or those altered to your specific requirements cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional Information:
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the saree is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- In-Store Exchanges: For your convenience, you can also exchange sarees directly at our store in Hyderabad.
